Build the Engine Room of our Rocket Ship.

You will be Arqh’s first business operations hire and the CEO’s trusted operational owner. Your mandate is simple: take end‑to‑end ownership of everything that isn’t product or engineering; and build the engine that lets the company scale. Your mission is to translate our strategic goals into seamless execution across finance, legal, and internal operations, ensuring Arqh runs as efficiently as our algorithms.

🔍 What you’ll do

• Finance & Admin: You'll manage everything from payroll and monthly closing with our fiduciary to building the financial models that guide our strategic decisions.
• Legal: Partner with our external counsel to build and iterate on our suite of contracts (customer, employment, NDAs).
• Go-to-Market Support: Act as a strategic partner to the CEO on commercial tasks. Your "Swiss army knife" skills will be critical in developing pricing models, creating compelling sales proposals, and preparing for board meetings.
• Company Operating System: Design the internal processes that define our culture. You'll own everything from new hire onboarding to creating feedback cycles and keeping our office humming.

• You are a Builder at Heart: You thrive in ambiguity and have a proven track record of creating order from chaos.
• You are a "Player-Coach": You can flawlessly reconcile accounts at 10 am, redline an NDA at 2 pm, and build a strategic pricing model at 4 pm. No task is too big or too small.
• You Have 3-6 Years of High-Growth Experience: You've been in the trenches of a startup, consultancy, or another fast-paced environment; and can own outcomes with minimal oversight.
• Communication, organization & follow‑through: crisp writing, clear stakeholder updates, professional customer handling. You hit deadlines, and close loops.
• Strong Excel/Slide skills
• You Know the Swiss Legal Landscape
• Languages: fully proficient in both English and German.
