🧠 The role

Join as a forward-deployed Engineer: you’ll own backend data systems & integrations while working closely with customers during onboarding and adaptation. Turn real-world logistics challenges into clean data pipelines, reliable ERP/TMS connectors, and production services. 🤖

🔍 What you’ll do

• Lead technical onboarding & adapt integrations with customer feedback 🤝
• Build & run data backends (NoSQL + tabular/cloud DBs) 🗄️
• Develop ETL pipelines in Python, TypeScript, etc. (batch + streaming) 🔄
• Own ERP/TMS connectors (SAP, Oracle, etc.) for resilient integrations 🔌
• Ship on modern cloud stacks (Vercel, Supabase, AWS/Azure/GCP) ☁️
• Use containers & orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) 📦
• (Optional) contribute to AI/optimization systems 🤓

✅ Must-have skills

• 3+ years in backend/data/infra
• Strong past experience with Mongo & other NoSQL + exposure to SQL/cloud DBs
• Past experience with production-grade ETL & integrations
• Cloud infra experience (with at least one major provider)
• Clear communication, comfortable with customers
• Fluent and business level English
• Nice to have: German (B2+) 🇩🇪
