Build the Commercial Engine of our Rocket Ship.
You’ll be Arqh’s first business hire - the builder of our commercial engine and go-to-market motion. In Business Development & GTM you will own and drive our commercial growth. Working along-side the CEO, this high ownership role bridges product and sales, ensuring alignment and execution across the funnel.
🔍 What you’ll do
- Architect the Strategy : Work with the founders to evaluate markets opportunities, segments, partnerships and channels.
 
- Forge Partnerships: Identify, negotiate and build strong, lasting customer relationships.
 
- Drive Revenue Growth: Take full ownership of the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing, exceeding revenue targets.
 
- Drive market intelligence. Monitor competitors, industry trends, customer feedback; adjust strategy accordingly.
 
- Build Our Brand: Represent Arqh at industry conferences and networking events, establishing yourself and Arqh as thought leaders.
 
In short, you’ll own GTM end-to-end.
🤝 This role is for you if
- You have 3-7 years high-pace GTM experience: You've been in the trenches of a startup, consultancy, or another fast-paced environment; and can own outcomes.
 
- You think strategically and execute hand-on: You can design GTM strategies and roll up your sleeves to relentlessly make them real.
 
- Communicator & closer: crisp writing, clear stakeholder updates, professional customer handling. You keep momentum, hit deadlines, and close loops.
 
- Strong Excel/Slide skills
 
- Languages: fully proficient in both English and German.
 
- BIG PLUS:
- You’ve delivered in B2B enterprise sector - industrial tech or adjacent traditional sectors.
 
- Existing network of potential partners in logistics / supply chain
